Description:

Since we have a very small program and don’t utilize the kennel environment or puppy raisers, we do not have our own breeding program. Most of our dogs come through our association with other assistance dog organizations or breeders who breed for the temperaments we seek. We start most of our pups at 9 or 10 weeks of age. The pup goes immediately into the trainer’s home where it lives for the full two years of training. We don’t identify a partner for a dog until the dog has fully matured and we know the strengths and personality of the individual, usually around 2 years of age.

  • Demonstrations of the skills the pup is learning as it advances in its training.
